That looks . Some questions though. How does that stuff handle to the elements. It has been sub freezing here for 20 days straight and does not look like it is going to warm up. I am wondering if the extreme cold will cause it to crack and peel.
I am also wondering how resistance it is to damage from regular use of the bed.

I would like to do that mod I just don't know if it will last with the weather and the constant use of the bed.
Ford should make the mat that way to begin with it looks awesome.

Josh,

Here's a close-up for you.

Another tip for application: prior to applying the "rubberized/plastic/paint stuff", warm it up. I put the can in the laundry tub filled with hot water and let it sit there while I was preppin' the bed mat. Warming the stuff up kinda' thins it so that it flows out faster/smoother/thinner.

Palumbon asked how it stands up to the elements. Well, I've only had it on a couple of weeks but it seems to be pretty durable/resiliant. I broke a bag of my wife's potting soil all over it, walked all over the dirt, spilled some gasoline on it from a gas can ... and it cleaned right up with no problems. Remember, they make this stuff to go on tool handles, etc. I think it's the right stuff to use for this application.
