What did you have to do to get that? Is there some addition info you have to provide to Ford or do they send it on their own after a few months of ownership? Any info appreciated please. TIA.

Ford will send it to you in about 3-4 months. One day it will just be at your door step. The 03 guys should get something really cool. The knife use 02 guys got was sweet!!!!

Mine sits on my desk in the nice little box and I always open it to just look at it Very nice of them to send it, what a pleasant surprise!!
