Harley Horse Power
Hello, I am new to these boards. I am going to buy a second hand Harley SuperCrew within the next two weeks. I am undecided between a 2001 or a 2002. Are there any horse power differences between these two models. If anyone knows anyother major differences, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

there are ALOT of differences between the 2 years
the 01 isn't supercharged, so its gets 260 hp. the 02 is supercharged (just a detuned L engine) so it gets 340 hp.
also, the 02 has a 2 piece driveshaft and the 4R100 tranny
as for cosmetics, the 02 has a black and gray 2 toned interior and the 01 is all black, the 02 has an expy style console up front, different instrument clusters (the 02 is nicer IMO), the centercaps on the rims of the 02 have 7 fake rivits and the 01 is all smooth, the 02 has the updated HD unique clear lense headlights which look alot better than the 00 and 01's, the 02 has flame theme pinstripe and interior, the 01 is just HD themed interior, the 02 has a different grille, it has 7 thicker chrome bars, vs the 14 thinner chrome bars on the 01. also, the 01 is just availible in black, the 02 is availible in black and dark shadow gray, 02 has different emblems (say supercharged below the f150), there were alot more 02's made than 01's, so the 01's are rarer
