Question Check these A/F #s

I have went today to get A/F #s for my '02 HD. Shop tells me they are #1 too lean, #2 something is wrong cause values were quite different from run to run. Please check out scans of charts below and tell me what you think.

Thanks in advance! ZoranC

Zoran I can't tell you about your numbers but am curious where you ended up with your dealership on that issue a couple weeks ago?

If you go over to www.got-pressure.com and post over there CRASH will let you know what's up. Also do you have a chip?

JCZ,

My question for comments on A/F #s os not that much about numbers themselves, it is more about what could have caused them.

As you can see, I have 12.2 to 12.3 on some runs and then as much as 14.8 on other runs. From all I have read our trucks should be between 11 to 12 (I don't remember exactly), while 14 to 15 is more for NON-supercharged daily economical drivers, so I am running from somewhat lean to dangerously lean.

What I am curious about is what is causing such a drastic variations from run to run. We are talking drop of 20HP from first to second run!

Regarding dealership service I was in last time and what happened there, they were not of any help, as you could see from my 'No supercharge whine' thread. They said they do not see anything wrong with a truck and that everything is within specs, so they returned truck to me with 'no problem found' and said I should drive it. That scares me because I was advised driving it like this can ruin the engine.

Thanks!

1JT, which forum I should post in?

By the way, no mods whatsoever, truck is stock just the way it was delivered to me.

Thanks!

Those numbers look lean... The second run on a dyno, if back to back, can produce quite lower numbers because the engine is heat-soaked by the first run. If there is a 30 min or so cool down in between, the heat soak will not be as big of an issue.

ken800, you are right. It was just pointed out to me on other F150 board that runs were done too fast in succession. That pisses me off cause I was sent to this place by reputable tuner and they should have done it right. Instead I wasted my time and money, plus I was told this can be dangerous for engine (can you comment on this, please?).

Needless to say I will be redoing this test at different place.

Thanks in advance!
