yeah, they are 1/18th scale, diecast metal, and everything is already all painted and everything, you just assemble them. of course, mine are never leaving the box

the only 1/24th scale plastic HD that you do entirely yourself, paint and all is for the 00 model year. comes with a trailer and bike too that you build and paint. its made by revell though so the quality isn't all that great, but i've still got one and want another to keep unopened

Clonetek,

I didn't know that you had 02's..... Could I maybe get one of those if I can't find them around here?

thanks for the pics brooks!

i definately got to see that interior in person. i'm sure its different in person, but in the pics the silver leather looks really light.

anyway, hmm, who will be the lowest bidder for the 02 bodyshop HD? clonetek, or crockett? j/k. thanks for the offer crockett, clonetek's already got them though, so i don't want to trouble ya. i'll drop you a line in a few minutes brooks.
thanks very much!!! I appreciate it!

too bad they don't make the bodyshop with the decals on a sheet and not already applied to the truck. otherwise i'd paint it black and put the decals on for a black 02 HD

unfortuantely they only make it in DSG. they planned on a black 02HD diecast already assembled, in addition to the DSG, but right before production they canned the idea

you could try getting the DSG 02 body shop and heating the decals a little and peeling them off and reapplying them maybe

the interior is more of a grey than silver.. although if someone were to make silver leather i'd prolly have to have my seats recovered! LOL

i dug thru all the models in topstock on the shelves (thats how i found these lol) but couldn't find any black ones.. i'll keep an eye out for one. i know mysteryfan would want one in black too.
