Well I don't usually speak on political subjects but this really pisses me off...

How dare all of the actors whom have sided with the Iraqi Anti-War philosophy . These very people who have made millions personally if not billions collectively making "WAR MOVIES" have the audacity to mock the very ideals that have made them extremely wealthy . They have the nerve to throw dirt in the face of our Government with messages of irresponsibility, war mongerism and political insanity.

This is a slap in the face of every man , woman and child who has had the unfortunate opportunity to be faced with the perils of FREEDOM and the ultimate priced paid for that luxury.

Their stance is an insult to every Mother and Father who's children have and are now serving in the Armed Forces of this Great Nation of the United States of America . The absurd notion that the US will allow their troops to be thrown away as cannon fodder in a whim is just plain nonsense.

I am sure most of us has seen the latest news of these actors that are protesting . Most that I have seen were in war movies promoting the heroism and prestige of being a patriot of this country . Now they are taking a stand against it , after they made their millions from portraying those very ideals . They are nothing but dirty hypocrits . How dare them trying to shame the mothers and fathers of our fighting force . Mocking the very values they portrayed AND made millions from their roles.

Yes , this makes me angry . My only avenue is to boycott every movie/show made by every one those SOBs . Life may get boring but it is a small price to pay . Hey maybe I might save some money by getting rid of my cable bill . So who wins ??? It would seem that to be a patriot will actually save your money from being given to the self-serving media bastards that only choose to mock you . Hmmmm.....

I only wish I had another forum to fight this scoorge . I have only a small favor to ask.... Please encourage and comfort all mothers and fathers with children in our armed forces as well as everyone you know in our armed forces . We shall be ever vigil..

I dont get it. The men out fighting for our countries in years past get nothing, even death. These actors get on the screen, jack off, and make millions. Dont make sense does it....

 

I think it is hardly fair for the actors to be telling the President how to run the country, he doesn't tell them how to make bad movies.

Don't forget these are the same morons who "feel" bad about the homeless and think "we" all should do something but yet they don't do a damn thing. Have you known them to do anything for them but run thier mouth so their friends will say "look he/she cares".

Don't get me wrong I care about the homeless as well, I care that they make are cities look like crap. I care that they park their nasty as* and sleep where everyone can see them. I care that they set a bad example of "look if your lazy you can get free food too".

Actors were not educated well in their youth. If they had been they would relize that it is the MILITARY that lets them continue to run their mouth about things they have no clue about. Sure let's do like they say and follow such moron leades like Clinton, Carter and the like. Carter did just what they want done now and most people know what happen North KOREA has NUKES, thanks Carter. Clinton did about the same and now look, China has NUKE knowledge that would have took them 20 years to get on their own.

There is a time to talk and there is a time to kick as*. We, the USA have talked. Now either Iraq does as we say or they get their as* kicked. If the actors don't like this country then they should get the HELL out of here, go fight on the lines with Iraq.

I love that the USA has now "restated" we will use ALL our options including NUKE if someone fu*ks with us with chemical, biological, or Nukes with us. Some people are OH MY GOD we might use Nukes? Your GD right, if someone wants to send chemicals, biological, or nukes here or where our troops are at then that is FAIR play.

We are the SUPER power, the BAD AS* on the street. Yet we have never, I repeat NEVER invaded a country for our own interest, we have only done so when our interest has been at stake.

These actor morons are like "it's only for the oil" Ya, SO WHAT, your damn right oil is a big issue as well as others. Without oil this country will tank and you can bet on that. Those that don't believe oil should be an issue or just wishing upon a star they see from what ever drugs they have been on. I am so tired of listening to these do-gooders, or so they believe. The fact is they have NO ***** to say what they really think, they go with the crowd, no matter how F'N stupid the crowd is.

I would love to live in a world of peace, who wouldn't? The fact is there will NEVER be world peace so those that think there will be need to get over it. Do you think there is one state out of 50 that has no crimes? No, there isn't so there goes your world peace bullsh*t. Since there will never be world peace you had better hope it is a country like ours the USA that is the badas* and not someone like Iraq, Russia, China, because then my frineds we will all be in a world of Sh*t.

 

I find it ironic that the people who are quick to cash a check pretending to be in the military (Mike Farrell springs to mind-his years on M*A*S*H being the job that made him famous in the first place) are the first to decry the actions of the REAL PEOPLE who are faced with defending this country.

Maybe they should move to Iraq and try to make some movies there.

Trapper...Russia is slowly climbing - They are the only ones who know how to build technologically advanced stuff similar to ours. The only thing they need is a stable economy.

 

Thats true about Russia, they would be the closes to us. I do agree that China is a close second but since their main information resorce person left office (Clinton) it may take them more time to develop. I know that China was hoping and praying that Algore would have got elected, but damn GOOD thing for us he didn't.

God only know's how bad of shape we would be in at this moment with Algore running things. He would do just as the actors would want because Algore is just like them, "ALL TALK AND NO ACTION" he would go the way the crowd goes so he could be considered a nice guy because he feels their pain.

Bush on the other hand has *****. He is not worried about what people think, he is concerned about the country and people first and foremost. That is HOW IT SHOULD BE. He understands that MOST Americans just DON'T get it, don't understand just what is at stake here. He is not out taking polls like Clinton and Algore did. If he were we would just sit here and take this terriost crap because some people think if you IGNORE it, then it will go away, or if your really, really, really nice to them they will leave you alone. These so-called actors think most of the public is just morons. That most of the public actually believe what they are saying is what they mean. In fact what the actors are saying has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with what they believe it is all politics. Give me a break, these actors should be taken to an island and left to starve to death, or find there own source of food and then see just how bad they really miss this country. I served in the military and these people, actors make me f'n sick.

You are absolutely. Actors make me sick too. This goes for any celebrity too, including singers. All they are is just talk. Their whole life is nothing but an act. They don't care about the public, all they care is that they are making their money. I hardly ever watch TV anymore because they are making me sick. I have gotten to where I only watch older shows because the actors today are self-centered A**holes. Most of todays celebrities don't know how good they have it here in the U.S. Like you said, If they don't like it then they can leave. They wouldn't last but maybe two or three days before they would be begging to come back to the U.S.

 

Actors in general just make me sick. There are a few good ones, but mainly they are just two-faced. They "think" they know what is good, they "think" they are experts, on such topics as global warming, homeless, stupid kids that can't learn, etc.

Actors are one of the reason, not the only, but a main one that we have to deal with the homeless lazy bunch of crap crowding up are great city's. If we were to be true to ourselfs we would call them just what they are, drunks, druggies, lazy no-good piece of crap. Make them feel bad enough and then maybe they would get off their lazy as* and work. Global warming, well I ain't going there just yet. Let's take stupid kids that can't seem to learn. Since actors put there bone head excusses into it now it is ok for kids in school to be stupid and lazy. Let's not point out the bright ones, the one's that know how to make the grade because poor ol' Johnny is a stupid piece of sh*t that can't seem to get above a D. If we were to be true to ourselfs we would tell little Johnny to buck up and get with the program so he won't remain STUPID for his entire life. Then again it's the Johnny's that make it into acting school and on to TV, hmmmmm wonder why hollywood supports the stupid kids....

When actors can learn to shut up and give up every damn dime they have, live in regular house's along with us regular folks, then maybe I will listen to what they have to say. Until then they can keep their mouth SHUT. We got enough morons in politics today that don't know what the hell they are doing and only worry about keeping power ABOVE the interest of this country, yes I am talking about the liberals who are the stupid kids that didn't make it into acting class then hollywood.

capability to build "technologically advanced
stuff". Japan and China both have the same, if
not better capabilities that we have (military-wise).
Russia has many, many, many, many problems
right now. As long as they possess the know-how
but not the financial resources, as well as being
plagued by all their social ills, I don't believe they
can be ranked above China.
