Thumbs up Cheap Tools in Canada!

Check these guys out for a huge selection of tools, hydraulic stuff, air compressors & accessories, trailer parts, axles, band saws, surplus parts and gadgets, towing accessories, welding stuff, nuts & bolts, winches, jacks, rope, wire, etc.

The first time I walked into the store in Langley, BC I thought I had dropped into a "candy store". So many goodies for the hobbiest or auto enthusiast.

I picked up a 3/8 air ratchet, 1/2 air impact (230ft/lbs only), and a long-tip blow gun for around $80cdn today (incl. taxes!).

(you can download their entire catalog as pdf files)

Some of it is "made in China" stuff that may not last but hey, if a 1/2inch air impact gun costs under $29cdn who cares.

If it's a tool that's made in China, it's not worth owning. I'll spend the extra jack for a tool made in USA or Canada, if one is available. No flame intended.

Hey, I hear ya. I'm no pro mechanic so the 1/2 dozen times a year I need to use it shouldn't kill it.

Hey, China and for that matter Iraq are not bad places at all.

We need somewhere to test Nukes...

there is a Princess Auto no too far from my parents.

It is a fun store to get cheap auto tools.

I still prefer Canadian Tire or Home Depot for a real toy store experience.
