Post just some stats

today i had a safty meeting today and they gave us some stats for PA... there are 27000 school bussee on the road, and we transported over one million kids over 300 million miles and did not have a fatality in the year 2001.... thats with all the morons that run through my flashing RED lights and cut me off only to hit the brake two feet from my front bumper.

just something to think about when you are giving the school bus driver the finger who stopped to pick up your neighborhoods kids

my particular bus is a 2000 international frame blue bird bodied 72 passenger air brakes 250 horse navistar(psd)diesel, and is 31500 pound gvwr

It is funny you never hear figures like that announced on the news. The only thing they ever report are accidents. Good choice on buses.

Angry not allowed too

the only thing i did was put tint on the back windows but when the state police came and did there inspection, since it did not come from the factory they took it down(my old bus had tint).

it does have a 50 x4 pioneer stereo going through 8 speakers(?)stock

i added a mickey mouse antenna topper

I have seen the the diesel engines in the new blue bird buses and it is huge. We had to weld some mounts on about ten buses for airconditioning systems.
