The other day I heard either on the radio or TV can't remember, anyhow it was some wacked out lawyer who thinks it would be a good idea to sue parents that smoke in their home if they have children.

Now, that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. This same lawyer thinks its also ok to sue fast food for making people fat.

I have a better idea for this moron. How about sueing parents that have FAT kids since their parents keep shoving ding dongs, and twinkes down their kids throat.
