some lady is sueing these guys because she is overweight and thought that pirate booty was low fat so she ate many bags a day and just got fatter and fatter! what a joke!
it's like that guy sueing McDonalds for making him fat because he eats there 3-4 times a day 7 days a week!

I am sure none of our McDonalds will get sued by FAT people. I don't ever recall seeing McDonalds employees running down the street and car jacking making the people stay in the car then bringing them back to McDonalds and forcing Big Mac's down their FAT throats... 
If that were to happen then I would stand behind "way behind" the fat people for McDonalds making them fat...

I am sorry to. I thought I was very carefull not to bash fat people.
All I intended to do is bring up the fact that "Pirate Booty" was in the news a while back.
