Why join F150 online?

Are my figures wrong or are there 12,240 members out of 31,055 that have never posted. I understand why you might scan the posts as there is a wealth of information and some great people here, but why join and never post a question, reply, or just a general comment? There are many post junkies that reply with a "yea" or similar quote just for some form of credit, but I'm surprised at the number of non posting members. Tell me I'm wrong...

I may be wrong and I don't think it was always this way but, I think you have to 'join' before you can use the search function.

Every question has been asked. Some also have correct corresponding answers. It is possible to join, use the search and obtain quite an education on the late model f150 without ever posing a question of your own.

I used to work with SQL databases and know how to stroke the search function quite effectively.

Lightbulb

That's it exactly. Sorry for the rant but I didn't think of that. Now it makes sense. Thanks.
