I just totaled my car....seems that she got broadsided by some girl driving a car she just wrecked saturday and the brakes went out...now this is the car that hit my daughters.....my daughter has the officer working the case talk to me on her cell...the girl,it ends up,has no drivers license(suspended for not having insurance),no insurance on the car she was driving,the car does'nt belong to her,the owner of the car did'nt have insurance on the car aaannnddd the girl has multiple warrants for traffic citations that include no insurance and leaving the scene.....i'll be in lubbuck this week end with a large Barry Bonds signature bat looking for this girls address..after that i'll be at the brass rail in ammarillo...if any one wants to be a wittness that i was there all day and never left..the drinks will be on me

 

dude im sorry about this. Same kind of thing happened to my dad in a 1970 390 AMX. He paid 2 grand to have it fixed. I wish he'd kept that dam car....

And, don't tell me they just let her walk away???? It figures How is what this girl done any different then druck driving, or street racing or what ever. I think she needs to do some serious time in jail now like 5 - 10 years then maybe these morons would get it, when your licence is suspended NO DRIVING BECAUSE YOUR A *****ING MORON...

Something like that happen to my mother years and years ago. The cop had the nerve to ask the dumb bit*h that did it, with a suspended licence if she needed a ride somewhere. I was like WTF, how about a ride to JAIL????

01...nonono...that would actually be punishing the person for a bunch traffic violations... that would demoralize them...they need to ride the bus wherever they go...that way they can "learn their lesson"

 

when they passed the law about having insurance,that if you were involved in an accident and had no insurance,that you were thrown in jail and your bail was the estimated amount of damage and if you failed to appear or make restitution that that bail was turned over to the victime and your *** was in jail for a while...but i guess they lidigateted it to death so it's just one more tough sounding law with no back bone

 

im 17 now but the exact same thing happened to me when i was 16. My beautiful xtreme blazer and I were crusin down a street when I approach an intersection and a drunk b!tch turns right in front of me! I slam on my breaks and my tires just laugh at me as I smash into her! She had a suspended license, no insurance, her '83 corolla that was covered in primer only was completely totaled, and to top it all off SHE WAS DRUNK. I thank god every day that I was not injured other than a broken knuckle from punching my head unit in the accident and I thank god that my friends were not injured because they were riding with me at the time. Whats worse is that I had over 5,000 dollars in mods in that thing and was due for a magazine shoot a month later! AND I GOT NO INSURANCE MONEY FOR IT!!! And now after going through 2 cars that suck to drive after a month (99 gt mustang was way to small for a big guy like myself, and a 2002 x-sport is just boring to drive) I'm going for the gusto, in 4 months I'm gettin my lightning so hopefully my story will have a happy ending.

Ok, I will compromise with you. How about she does 5 – 10 years in jail and rides the bus everyday back and forth to the highway for picking up trash, weeds etc on the side of the freeway. Along with that she wears a bright orange suit with BIG letters on the back that states: “I am a MORON, I drove with a suspended license”

i'm going up this week end(friday)...any suggestions?...i'll rent a trailer and drag it around...i'd really rather get it tottalled...little unibody like that will just whistle in the wind or leak like a sive in one of those west texas frog stranglers...and to add insult to injury,i got a ticket today for making a left on a red light...i was following a school bus through the intersection and it blocked the light until i was well into the intersection...what was i to do?...back up like the rest of the idiots do and block the intersection waiting for the guy behind me to back up and so on and so on?...i was no where close to any one and it was a safe manuver when i realized my perdicament...oh well...anyone got the addison improv number for the comedy defensive driving class
