Pictures of my Baby...

Here are a few pictures of little 36fan from our recent ultrasound:

Can anyone make anything out of these images?

Mention of heartbeat reminds me of a funny story...

Our first baby, we didn't want to know boy/girl... and the first visit to check the heartbeat, the doctor put the monitor on, we heard the heartbeat....

Afterwards... the doctor looked at the wife and said "Do you know how to tell if its a boy or a girl?"... wife was kinda excited... and said "No, how?"

Doc held his index finger from his thumb about 2 inches and said "Boy has a little thing hanging between his legs..."

the first time we heard the beat it pretty well freaked me out. There was finally concrete confirmation that the baby exists. I can't describe the fealing, I guess it was as close to an anxiety attack that I've ever had. I know my eyes bugged out and my heart started pounding.

Sure, I can make stuff out.

Congrats, by the way. It really is a great feeling to see that
sonogram for the first time. I recorded all three of ours. It's
amazing to go back and look at them now and then look
at my 18 month old daughter. Simply amazing. There's
nothing like having that little girl hug me when I come home.
The days stress just melts away. I am a blessed man.
Oh jeez, there I go sounding like a big ol' girl again...Ya'll
have got to stop posting the pics.

How rude of me. I meant to say "cute babies." Instead of "cute baby." I love babies.

Picture 1 - cross section of the baby's head, the white spot in the middle is it's fist

Picture 2 - another cross section of the baby's head, the eye sockets are the visible

Picture 3 - (my favorite) baby's legs are crossed, knees are in the middle, feet are at the bottom left
