anyone know about hotmail accounts

ok here is my question i have two accounts and im trying to get new e-mail to my new account. anyone know how I could get this to work?

You may be able to set it up if you purchase the hotmail account. You have the option to 'upgrade' but, I'm not 110% sure that you can do that....

I just spent a few minutes looking at one of my accounts, it doesn't look like it supports mail forwarding.
