There are more Area Codes in World Zone 1 than most people realize:
Caribbean:264,268,242,246,441,284,345,767,809,473, 876,664,787,869,758,784,868,649, and 340.
Canada:403,780,250,604,204,506,709,902,519,613,705 ,807,416,905,902,450,514,418,819,306, and 867.
The point is that you can direct dial these numbers without a country code and wind up spending a lot more than you thought. Many telemarketer have taken advantage of the fact that no only will callers be hit with a huge bill, but if they don't get their "Valuable Prize" they have no recourse because the people doing the promising are in Antigua.
