The main reason i settled out of court is because i had been drinking and was afraid i could have faulted and ended up with nothing so i was taking a chance .. instead i settled for the 145,000 .

Glad to hear you're doing ok Jimmy. I bet that SD is a nice truck too. I think you did the right thing by settling your case also. The $$ that you get depends entirely on what a jury decides. It could've ran the gamut from absolutely nothing to more than what you settled for. I know from personal experience. Just don't spend it all !! Save some of it for a rainy day.

all the money besides the money for the new truck tires for the old truck and a new foreman rubicon is in the bank...
THe new truck has 1700 miles on it i never drive it...stay in the old rag f150 most of the time........
