Wow, Steve, this is the closest I have ever caught another milestone.

As always, thanks so much. Been on here since May of 1999 and gone through two trucks, three computers and countless hours of enjoyment.
Keep up the good work.
Bill

I've got a 2002 King Ranch in the driveway awaiting a spousal test drive...maybe that will be our 27k gift.

Evening Steve:

With all due respect to General Motors, who seem to be wupping *** on Ford right now, isn't it nice to be able to choose from such a delicious array of F150/250 SuperCrew variants that I really don't see the General offering.

As I posted in May when I fell into the Wood(s), I was going to buy a Harley version but I was also looking very closely at the KR because it was so well done as a package. I was also thinking about an Excursion with the diesel but forgot to mention a side look at a Crew Cab F250 with the same motor and all the bells and whistles.

I have been on this planet a long time and I realize that companies rise and fall but I really have to think that if FMC had not had Jaques Nasser at the helm for his rather short tenure they would not be in the position they are in today. Ford has been the best at tapping into the "Signature" market for decades.
Bill Blass/Eddie Bauer/Jack Nicklaus/Harley Davidson/King Ranch and on and on and...........they did it really well.

Got to get off soapbox, but it is a shame I think that Mr. Nasser pissed away so many billions on his non automotive schemes, which were perhaps genuinely legitimate to him, to the detriment of a pretty good car company.

Anyway, hope the bride likes the KR and that you will soon become the proud owner of same. And..dammit, when are you going to come and see Pat and I at the store? I'll swap you a ride in the Wood for a ride in the KR.
Bill
