Welcome to the boards.
I have a 98, so I'm not sure if mine would fit in a 96, but I've
got two Eddie Bauer carseats and both fit in my truck. Either
on the passenger side or the middle of the seat. Why don't
you try a search for carseat (if the search function is working)?
