Wow. I check the web every chance I get for details on the '04 F-150 and I've never seen that pic before. You can kinda make out the grill. Like a Sporttrac? Very, very interesting. Only 4.5 months until we can see it!!!

Not bad...but think less Sport Trac, more Super Duty/Tonka. Also check the amount of camo on the ext. cab portion. What do you guys make of that? Maybe forward opening doors ala Ram?

Maybe a little too much influence from V, too boxy looking. Looks like design influence from the late fities/early sixties is going to carry over to the trucks too. Fine for T-bird, forty-niner, bug, but not the F150. Perhaps Ford is trying to 'keep up' to GM and Daimler a little too much, we don't want their ugly looking trucks.

Hummmmm, from the 'computer inhanced' photo I would say it looks a whole lot like the '03 Expy from the front

Here is my attempt

Photoshopped in the Super Duty Tonka grille, Im thinking something similar to that, headlights a cross between the current Super Duty and Expy, and you can see the hood lines similar to the SD sloping down to the bigger grille.

Ah, what does it matter how it looks if you have a 5.4L DOHC twin-charged under the hood. That is what they are looking at doing for the '05 Lightnings. Should be good for atleast 500 HP. Information from Truck Trends (Sept/Oct Issue).

A dealer showed me the invite to the Big Ford Dealer meeting in Vegas this October and on this invite was a teaser pic of the next F-150. It just showed the corner of the front grille/headlights/bumper area, but it was jst like that spy pic. Lights like a new Expy and the grill looked just like the grill on this spy pic under the cover. Kinda like a superduty. So I guess in about 6-7 weeks we'll all know the details as soon as the dealers get back with pics...

Yeah, I personally don't like the current style, I like my brick. I want to overcome areodynamics with sheer horsepower.
