Well, being that it was Ryan Newman and also Rusty Wallace turning 9500 rpms and car owner Roger Penske's association with Mobil 1 (Newman's AllTel sponsored car was sponsored by Mobil 1 last year).... a good assumption would be Mobil 1. Unbelievable that it stayed together.
The Indy Cars used to turn the Chevy Stock blocks pretty high rpm back in the late 80s. The biggest problem they had, was finding strong enough rocker arms... the best they had were breaking and the push rods were coming through the valve covers.... landing wherever they landed (somewhere off the racing surface).....
