It's going pretty well. It's hot as hell
here in good ol' Mississippi. An old man's
thoughts are starting to turn to a cooler
season. Fall! That time of year when the
deer fear the return of the trapper.
That time of year when the grass grows
no more and the lawn mower is put up with
all other of my wife's instruments of torture.
I'll admit, I am looking for a little
recreational reading. But the main reason
I'm looking for sites is to find some info
on those damn wooden 45-70 cartridges I
have. I'm STILL trying to find some reliable
info on those things. I haven't tried in
a while, so I thought I'd give it another
whirl. So far nothing though. I've posted
on that"other" Ford site and a few others
hunting sites over the past few days.
Anyway, didn't I see a post from you about
a new ride for the other half? I wish I
could afford a new ride for my better half.
She's gettin' tired of the "thunderchicken".

me under the name stonewall. Yeah, I know it
sucks, but some moron already chose trapper.
I've got a post under the guns thread. Of
course, it concerns those 45-70 cartridges.

yep took the girlie to a bike rally (honda hoot) and while there she demo rode a ninja zx6r. she's never been a big fan of rockets but was tired of the vibes out of her other bike.
well the ride went very well and she now is the proud owner of a brand new rocket. works great for me 'cause now she wants to ride much more.
