new f-150 owner here
greetings .........new f-150 owner here........i previosly owned a 2000 4x4 ranger x-cab......but a growing family gave way to a larger truck.........i am very interested in "playing" with my new "toy" just an fyi..the truck has a 4.6 with a 5 speed tranny engine mods include already a K+N fipk intake kit...flowmaster dual exhaust and a superchip.......soon to come will be a set of underdrive pullies and an e-fan........so i will be surfing the site and learning more about my truck b-4 i try to ask too many questions about it..........thanx

thanx ya'll im actually from tennessee wyoming is a tag/plate on the front of my truck......its a long story.......i used to go by the "silver bullet" over at the ranger sites but that name was taken.....10 grand for any mod huh.......how thoughtfull....

I went from a Ranger to an F150 too. I went from a '00 Ranger supercab sport in black, beautiful truck. It had the 3.0/auto. DOG! I couldn't take it. Got a '98 F150, and love it!
The 4.6 is a nice motor. The 5.4 is stronger but the 4.6 is deffinitley no slouch. The 4.6 responds well to mods! The mods are many. You ready?
