From one to another what? From one computer to another? or do you just want to move your mp3's to another file

For emails you click attachment and then select the mp3 you want to email.

You can't load an email up with attachments because there is usually a limit to how big an email can be. You'll have to check with your isp about that though. I think with *** cable it is a 5mb limit for an email.
