What happened to the "FORD (built tough) Insider" program???

I admit I haven't visited it in awhile, but when I tried to login today the "page" was missing.

Anyone else notice this?, is it "old news"?, or what?

Too bad if it has disappeared, I used it for the schematics.

TIA... XLT_D.

If memory serves me correctly, they did away with that particular program. However, I think they have replaced it with the "MyFord" Owner site. I don't recall seeing the shop manuals and stuff on there though.

Yup....

that's what they did. i got a card in the mail a while back but haven't access it yet. When it was the Insider, they would occasionally send me free tickets to the rodeo when it was in town.....

Thanks but I don't think so....

I tried to login with my "insider" info and no luck.

Anyone can sign up for MyFord, but the insider program was for late model owners only. In fact some recieved die-cast models as well.

Oh well, it did seem a bit discriminating to exclude some folks but I did like the info available there.

XLT_D,

You are right, anyone can sign up for the MyFord deal. When I talked to Ford about the Insider program (nice die cast, too ), they said it was a test program they were intending to open up to all Ford owners at some point in time. I am assuming, based on the email I got a while back that this is what they have done with it- renamed it to MyFord and made it available to everyone.
