Does anybody know where I can check the VIN # of my truck. Just made the purchase of this 97 and would like to find out its history as far as warranty procedures and servicing that was done. I found a couple of websites but have to pay for the service??
Are there any websites i can go to check this truck out. Mechanically it is sound except for anoying clunk when I take from a light, but my mechanic checked it over and said the truck is sound??

Any FORD dealer should be able to give you a printout - providing it was serviced through a dealer.

Several belonging to the page here will run a CARFAX for you, it can give the title history and mileage.
