I think everyone wants one. Looks very cool and is sure to become a collectible. Anyone want to donate to the Gasguzzler007 Fund?

It is a sweet car.
I read that it's slated for production (limited) soon. I would guess I will see one around here. We have an affluent community near by.
In case you don't want to donate to the Gassguzzler007 Fund you can donate to the wittom fund. I think about a hundred grand should do!
Actually, how about a similar drive train in the next gen Lightning. Even if it were fity G's, I'd find a way to get it!

OMG!

That thing ROCKS! I'd sell body parts to have one of those next to a HD V-Rod in my garage! Hey, I can dream can't I!

The designers at Ford have been spot on lately. First the Thunderbrid, now the GT40. Hopefully they can do the same thing for the next gen. Mustang. They have the motor to compete with the Corvette now, it just needs a better platform to go in.

Sapo, you're right!
Since Jay Mays got in there they are doing some nice things. I heard that if they show it, it's possible to build it. These aren't just dream cars, they're possibilities. Did you guys check-out the Ford 49? That thing is really cool. They have some interesting Lincolns too. That GT40 is SO NICE I almost wet my pants when see the pics.
You'll have to excuse me now.

Wow that 2004/5 pic of the mustang is not very appealing. I dont think that its a step into the right direction. Ford is really messing up lately in my opinion. I mean the ugly 2003 Expy that has 2000 pounds of plastic, The Ugly 2003 exploder which was modeled after an aztek, and the 2005 mustang which looks more like a box. I just hope the F150 stays far from those designs as possible.

What a novel idea...... Hmmmm, Let's make a Mustang resemble a Mustang. IT ONLY TOOK 25 FREAKIN' YEARS TO FIGURE THIS OUT!? GM did the same thing with the f-body I guess; but, at least they didn't make them look like seudo-Japanese econoboxes. SISTER-FRIGGIN'-CHRISTIAN!!!!! :o

Those Mustang sketches are great! How many times have you heard people say..."They don't make em look distinctive, like they used to", or "All new cars look the same", or "Boy, I loved that old mustang I used to have", or "I should have bought one back then".
If Ford brings this out, they'll have a winner on their hands.

Samiam513...Where did you find those pics?
