My friend wants to get a dakota and put this new cervinis body kit on it. He asked me to ask all you guys what you think of it. I know most of you hate dodges but i think this kit actually looks kinda good....just tell me what you guys think.

 

As a designer, I think it's better looking than the stock Dakota. I think that the primary weak point in the styling of both the Dakota and especially the new Ram is the size and shape of the grille. This kit doesn't play-it-down, but it does change it into a more interesting shape. I would really like to see someone come up with a replacement front end that is more 'aero' and less 'pig-nosed' like. Why Dodge choses to go with 'the big rig' look when the big rigs are going aero is beyond me. Doesn't that front end look like a nose? If they had butt cheeks on the tailgate, it would complete the theme.

 

That is tight!!! I like the front bumper and the fact that it has a side exhaust. Tell your friend to get it when he gets a new dakota. What is the price of that kit anyway? Looks very nice. The Grille is a little wierd shaped but it makes the cr look unique. Tell him to go for it.

 

imho i think the headlights are Nasty with a capital N. everything else seems ok though
