I ordered my SCrew March 02, 2000 so I have had it two years now and I received my rad recall today, dated May 13, 2002. It looks like a last minute decision as others have had theirs for months. The cheque was for $150.00. I had the rad changed a year ago when this trouble all started so I think I'll see if the dealer that changed the rad wants it. he couldn't have notified Ford of the change or I wouldn't have the cheque. Anyone else get one?

 

When I had my 2001 f150 I had my radiator changed by the dealer, before the recall, then about two months later I got a notice from ford offering a 100 dollar check, a 500 dollar certificate for a down payment on my next new car purchase or the radiator upgrade, since I already had my new radiator I took the check. and they actually sent it to me.
