Looks like twin superchargers to me. Lamborghinis are usually naturally aspirated, so no, it's not stock.

 

Nope.

Those superchargers/turbos (whichever one they are) aren't stock. Neither are the induction pipes. Lambos are N/A.

yeah, they're superchargers cuz you can see the belt going over the top of them. If they were turbos there would be hooked up to the exhaust.
