any of you use desktop dyno?

my friend let me "borrow" his copy of this program and it is great! you can modify all sorts of things for engines. i was wondering though, how accurate is it?

I friend of mine used it when he built an engine for his camaro. When he had it dyno tested it turned out desktop dyno was only off by about 12 HP.

I had it then I formated my hard drive and lost it. Anyone remember the place where I can dl it. It was a good program.

I bought my copy from the Mr Gasket website, i think it was like $15. Well worth it if your building an engine. If you play with engine options in the program you will find that going with a big cam , big carb, and large tube headers doesn't neccesarily make the most horsepower. They have a different program, Dyno SE. But i've heard that Desktop Dyno 2000, is the best that's what i use. Go here: http://mrgasket.com/maincat.html and click on "software" on the bar near the top of the page.

the one i have is the desktop dyno 2000. its just over 2 megabytes installed (small program). it didint ask for any registration info.
