How do you make this stop? I just shut off my computer and restarted it.

 

ctrl + alt + Delete.... keep doin it, and click on ok

 

if you have some version of windows, just hit ctrl-alt-del then enter. keep repeating it until the little window comes up asking you if youre sure you want to close teh application then just hit end task. and theyre gone...
