I have the article somewhere from my local paper....people on a certain street were complaining that the traffic was too fast....so the cop's set up one of these things....the enterprising young dudes in town did what I thought was a great thing.....THEY marked off a 1/8 mile and ran timed runs all night long.....the thing was gone the next day.....
