I'm not sure if anyone here has ordered from them or not but beware. Here's their website www.customchip.com
Here's my story.
I ordered my chip back in mid-December with a promise of a Christmas delivery. That came and went. Today it's April 1st and no chip despite being promised repeatedly by the owner Joseph Santoro. Now he doesn't answer e-mails and his phone number is disconnected. I'm not the only one.

That really stinks. It sounds like I got lucky and got my chip from Joseph right before he started having problems.
I got a CustomChip based entirely on what I read on the Crown Vic and T-Bird sites. It is unfortunate that he took a good business with satisified customers and ran it into the ground!

Ted98, I'm glad you got a chip! I would have been more patient with Joe if he would practice good business sense and contact us to let us know what's going on. He has adopted a no communications policy and now he's hurting himself.

Always pay with a Credit Card! Then when some toothless loser like this guy rips you off you can contest the charge and get your money back. Remember the credit card company makes more money off you then the business that made the charge. My experience is to skip the middle man and call the credit card company first.

When I talked to him back in March he told me about the lawsuit etc,etc but I just wanted a refund. Communication with customers would help him alot.
