Lights on in tribute

Lights on in tribute

Today is the 6 month Anniversary of 9/11 so we're being asked to drive with our lights on. Seems the least we can do to show we still remember & that we won't ever forget those who died & those still working to recover them. I'll be praying for all of those people too. May they rest in peace - God Bless the rescue workers too.

who is asking this? i mean i haven't heard anything about it until reading this post. sounds like a good idea but is there any public notice of this?
mine will be on on the way home from work.

I was going to do this anyhow - I usually keep my lights on out of respect, as well as still having the black tape across my driver's side headlight in memory of the EMS, police & firefighter's who died 9/11.
This was an idea I passed along to my friends & they were all for it so I guess it originated with me. I just thought that since so many here are patriotic & caring people it would be nice to share this with all of you too.
