Please Help!! computer xperts

Every time I click on a link the only thing that happens is the internet explorer box opens with nothing there. If I click on someones link within any of these threads nothing happens. My ISP has been changing stuff latley could that be it? I'm a Chevy when it comes to understanding how these things work.
Thanks

What Version Of Internet Explorer?

If 5 or 5.5 go to Add remove Programs and Click Internet explorer and then click "Add Remove" a little window will open with 3 choices. One of them Is repair. Do that. Let it run through and It should be fixed.

If IE 6 then go to the Start, then Run and Type
regsrv32 urlmon.dll then enter

It should come back and say it succedded.

If the repair of 5 or 5.5 doesnt work try the IE 6 fix

If seen this like 15 times in the last month.

I work For *** Communications In The INternet dept.

CCLA, U DA MAN! worked great! Tell *** they owe you for doing this, seeing that they are my ISP. Must be something with
the "conversion" uh? I'll be calling their 800# for tech support within the next couple of days because my dumb A$$ can't convert mine and the wifes email. The more I try to follow thier online directions the worse it gets. I just gave up on it. I figure for about $100 a month for TV/Internet they can at least have someone hold my hand and walk me through it
Thanks again!

Not sure I'd admit that too often considering all the problems people down there are reporting. J/K- I love my *** HSI.

BTW- great call on the IE repair!

I'm in Warner Robins Georgia. Are the 24hr tech # routed to someone at thier home? I was going to call today but I don't use email enough to disturbed some one on a Sunday. They might be at church or like me watching the race

Actually they Are @ work. But you are either gonna get someone in Las Vegas or Jacksonville. Thats where the 800 numbers get routed,

And to be brutally honest they aren't that good. That problem you had they wouldn't have been able to fix. In my experience.

Whats the problem you're having with E-mail?
Maybe I can hellp with that too.
