Leer tonneau covers

What kind of experiences have you guys had with them? There is a new truck accessory store here in Johnson City that installs them and I stopped by today and looked at a couple. They priced me a "700 series" with a carpeted liner to match my bedrug for $750 installed. It also has deep "skirts" that will fit over the bedrails of the Lightning, making for a pretty clean looking install. Does the paintwork hold up pretty well on them? How about the price- sound reasonable? I'm just now beginning my search for one, and so far this looks the best.

I put one on my 2001 White F-150 Super cab, back in July/
I would buy another one tomorrow if anything happened
to this one. I love the looks as it forms to the bed.
The only problem I have had was with the lock, I had to do
some minor adjusting. The paint job is great. I also have
the bed Rug. Together they give you great weather proof
room. Leer has a web site if you want to check it out.
Good luck.

I love my Leer. The bright red has not faded or cracked. The only thing is to make sure you get one with the rubber/plastic gasket around the edge. My doesn't have this and the finished has chipped around the edges.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably go ahead and order one Monday, it takes three weeks for it to arrive. The only two brands that are available here locally are ARE and Leer, and the Leer just looks better in my opinion. I had thoughts of getting a Snuglid or a ******** shipped in but there is so many things that can (in my case usually will ) go wrong, such as transit damage or color match issues. I'll just play it safe and buy locally. I like this Lightning but I sure miss the dry storage space behind the seats that I had in my supercab. That will be remedied in three weeks.
