good job. I quit dipping a while ago. But then i started again. I quit drinking too. But then i started again. Then i quit...then started....you get the point. Tonight will be the first sober night, with many more to come

That's great. My step-father just quit on Saturday after smoking for over 40 years. He's doing ok considering.....lol.

Don't get started again- EVER! I gave up Skoal 6 years ago and don't miss it at all. Plus, I have all that extra $$ to buy stuff for my trucks!

congrats, ray. i know how hard it is, i smoked for 5 years and quit about 6 months ago. the cravings can be a b!tch sometimes, but if i can do it anybody can. good luck!

Congrats!

I wish I could get my 61 year old father and his wife to quit. We don't like visiting because of the smell, my allergies and our two very young daughters.
