You didn't spoil my party any.
I am happy for any athelete that works hard, has what it takes to win, and succeeds. They deserve it!

Congrats. I just wish they could test everyone and find out who is and isn't drugged up. I heard yesterday there is a new drug that athletes use that has only been out about 6 months that is un-detectable. Not taking anything away from the Netherlands, but they said it is primarily used in Europe.

Congrats on the win, man, no parties spoiled, I think everyone should be thankful that their country is represented, and that every country has pride! I am proud to be an American, but I am not offended that the Netherlands won a gold medal! Congratulations to the Netherlands team for winning the gold, and to all of the atheletes who even made it to the Olympics.

I wish they would just stop worrying about the OTC drugs athletes are on. If they get a cold they can't take anything... that's crap, if it is readily available on the legal OTC market, what's the big deal?

"Johnny is disqualified for taking a dose of Nyquil"

Let'em play

They can discern between Nyquil and perf. enhancing drugs. That's why I was so happy to see Barry Bonds beat Mark McGuires' home run record. I guess some people are in favor of cheating and/or winning by any means.
