cowlady, need some help!

I looked back through the december post and noticed you had some information for .jpg files. I want to place a picture from my digital camera in my reply post on the forum. I havent got a clue where to start. I dont know that much about the system names so go easy on me. I am a good listener, and follow directions. Fill me with your wisdom.

Thanks Texaspaul

From: Michigan Rocks and then some too!!!
First you have to get the picture from yoru camera to your computer.
Then resize it.
Then upload it to somewhere on the web. (the F150online gallery is a good place)
Then determine the URL of the pic.
http / / www.somewhare.com/nameofimage.jpg.
Then place that url in the box that pops up when you click on the IMG button when you post.
Your image will now show up in your post.

Actually, he could do what some of us do. Just upload a pic. When posting a message, there's a place to upload a pic at the bottom. Just click on "Browse" and look for your picture file on your computer and double click on it. So long as it's smaller than 100k, you can upload it to your message.

SOrry!

Hi texaspaul - welcome to F150Online! It's always so nice to meet a new member & get to know them & their truck!
I really can't think of anything to add - ATST (Andthensometoo) & Dennis are pro's at this! If you still have problems you can email me & I will see if I can help ok? But, they gave great directions & I myself am going to save them!
Sorry I didn't answer sooner - I've been really busy & after tonite I should have more time for myself!
If you have time, stop by the chat room here - I go there every nite around 9:30PM & many of the guys do too. In fact, if you're lucky you can chat w/our second most prolific poster - 98Screamer! He's from TX too! Hope to see you there!
