Tornado Air Management System
I remember seeing a ad in the front section in a auto magazine for the Tornado and in the back section selling another device that was supposed to straighten airflow to gain power!

Not really an innovation, but a relocation. Why did they have to move the high/low beam switch from down by my foot. It was so convenient there. Driving a Ford, I get flashed quite often because of their excellent head lights. I like to give a courtesy flash back

Any wing on a front wheel drive car! (So stupid!)
Macphearson struts. (too complicated to change)
People holding up CD's to tailpipes
Rubber timing belts
Parking brake pedals you push again to release! (so stupid)
Oil filters under exhaust manifolds
22" rims on a Honda CRX
License plates and stickers that tell you what make of car! (DUH)
And the dumbest of all...Gas filler on the passenger side!! I wonder how many smashed up fuel pumps and dented rims have been a result of this ever so short sighted deign!
