Going bold again!

Okay - I said I'd give Raoul the bold type after the first of the year & I'd use italics.
Well, I have yet to see Raoul use bold type so I am reclaiming it! I've been told some guys are getting neck cramps from tilting their heads to read italics so to be nice, I'll stop! LOL! Sorry Raoul - I did give you a chance!

WE HAVE TO STOP THIS NOW! BOLD TYPE IS TOO HARD ON THE EYES, COWLADY! PLEASE, DON'T DO IT.... WE READ YOUR POSTS WITHOUT THE BOLD, WE DO!

A N D I F S H E W O N ' T C H A N G E B A C K T O N O R M A L T Y P E W E M U S T C O N V I N C E H E R
S O M E H O W . . . . . .

Don't do it CL. You often have interesting posts, but I must admit when you used the bold sometimes I didn't read the longer ones. After spending hours in front of a computer working, I can only handle so much bold....

How about a bold sig? That would make the post stand out....

Besides, Raoul might be saving the bold for something important!

BOLD TYPE is tough on the eyes but not as bad as run on sentences in all caps

Ha! Remember when I used to do that and pee people off in chat?
I actually can think and spell whole sentances backwords, but recently I was looking for one program and came accross one that does this. I modifyed to to suit me and now all one has to do is copy and paste on a web page.
I'm not telling where it is though, so you'll just have to try to find it.

Thumbs down

Bold is hard on the eyes. Like Signmaster, I skip right over bold messages. Please be considerate and don't bold your entire message. Thanks.

okay :(

I won't use bold but just for the record - these no line bifocals make it tougher for me to read plain type & that's why I used it. The frames I have are too small for my prescription but they didn't kow that till AFTER they made the lenses up! I will use the italics for you guys, no matter how hard it is for me.

Do you mean reading what you've typed to make sure it's ok?

You could always use the bold, preview it, then take the bold off before you submit. The bold doesn't bother me but, I guess everyone's afraid that if we pamper you too much all we'll get is spoiled milk.

Sure, make me feel bad for bringing it up...

Why don't you just change the Text Size on your browser? If it's hard on your eyes at normal size, I have to assume it bothers your eyes to read all of our posts.... We don't mean to cause you any pain CL!
