Be smart, drive Smart

You can actually drive one.

Click the smart on the left.

Click the hotspots. Choose "Rijden" when that peticular screen pops up.

It is in Dutch but just click everywhere.

n/k These cars are so tiny, they can park 90 degrees turned.

No really, when I go to soccer in Rotterdam two Smarts are always parked like that.

6 gears,semi automatic,no clutch.

Have fun.

Hey! I wouldn't mind having one of those to run to the stores and banks with. All the speed limits in town are no more than 30 mph anyway. Damned, I wouldn't have to worry about squeezing my truck into a small parking space.

How fast can they go? Are they electric or gas?

I'm kind of toying with the idea of getting an electric NEV (Neighborhood Electric Vehicle) but they aren't cheap.

I can ONLY pick 5???????

I would have to say that it's a tough choice but here's my picks:
1) Fearless - my current truck!
2) '69 Mach I w/428 CJ
3) '55 Fairlane - same as my Dad had
4) any '40's - '60's F series truck
5) a tractor!
I have others I'd pick too but you said 5 car garage & I'd never leave my choices out in the elements!

F150Europe,

You could put all of them in less than a 5 car garage. You would still have plenty of room for your truck!

1 - Rolls Royce, Corniche, convert

2 - Jag - XK 120 (fully restored)

3 - Austin Healy 3000(probably the most sexy car ever)

4 - Lincoln Nav. - with ALL THE ADDs.

5 - F350 PSD

Cowlady,

these questions are fun. I wondered what everyone would really want to keep in a 5 car garage. AS I suspected it's more than just cars. It's boats, bikes, campers, golf carts, wife's junk and even you said a tractor. It's better than a top 5 cars list, it's what you want sitting there ready to go. And almost everyone has one vehicle they adore/covet. For me it's my 71 GMC truck that belonged to my late grandfather. Old VW's and Mustangs seem to be a big hit too.

Now if I asked, If you had a five acre yard, what would be in that? It would be a much different story. -

Hmmmm - a 5 acre yard?

Good question seacrow! If I had a 5 acre yard it would be 5 cows (1 acre/cow) & more tractors including the steel wheel kind! Of course there'd be cats & dogs (all on friendly terms!) & maybe an ATV IF I learn how to ride it! LOL! Do flowers count? If so there'd be flowers & "weeds" as far as the eye could see. I think of the plants that most men call weeds as free flowers from God for people like me who can't always afford to buy them & don't have anyone giving me any!
Last but certainly not least I'd want an outhouse & a working well complete w/a hand pump! My Aunt & Uncle & grandparents both had them on their farms & to me, no farm is complete w/o them! Ooooh! Can i have a barn???? If so, it would have "Chew Mail Pouch Tobacco" painted on it too!
If only you gave me a 12 acre yard - then I could have a flink!

A few engine lathes and an automatic saw
Maybe a 5 axis mill too while I am at it!!!!!

Seacrow, who you kidding? If you or I had a 5 acre yard, we'd try to subdivide it and if we couldn't we'd try to build a multi-family building so we could rent it out and make some income from it.

This is what we did with my grandparents' farm. We subdivided it and each parcel was worth more than the whole farm did in one piece.

Dennis, HA HA! Your right! My step-father and I are in the process of that right now. WE found some acreage with a private road that can be subdivided into many lots with frontage on the private road. Funny you say that, we just rode the motorcycles Sat. to check the property out. It is about 50 miles away, a nice ride on the Valkyrie. I haven't had any vacant land before, my step-dather did that with 40 acres and made a fortune.
