Blake & Randy,

When you first saw the model, what did you guys think about it? The first time I saw it up close, I kind of stood there scratching my head thinking, "Gee, it looked so much better on TV." Compare that to standing before the Spirit of St. Louis and scratching my head and thinking, "Gee, I never realized how small that plane was."

The spirit was cool when I saw it. And Yeager's plane was awesome. And im not sure if it is still there but I know the Kitty hawk was hanging right in the door. That was impressive.

Yea...it's amazing how crappy models actually look compared to the movies they're in. I've seen props/ships from Star Wars (old episodes) that looks very home made...and they were!

I thought it was pretty cool. Had plasma burns on the hull, looked like it had actually spent some time in space, I just couldnt figure out how all the actors got in there.
