Sorry to hear about your pet snake paxton888. Try using a coathanger. Just bend it so it'll snag him and yank him out of there. After that buy a bottle of Febreeze, and spray your whole truck. Especially in the A/C vents. It wouldn't hurt to spray some Lysol in there to get rid of any odor causing bacteria and germs.

well, i don't know how to get it out, but get at least a bottle of Febreeze and dump it into the air vents. My mom hit a skunk once and drug it for about a mile and the smell in the car was horrible. It took forever to get it out, but the febreeze helped a WHOLE lot.

How awful!

I'm so sorry to hear about your pet paxton888 - you must be heartbroken. I wish I had some suggestions - the only other thing I can think of is to set some boxes or dishes of baking soda on the floor to help absorb the odor. I aslo have seen these little plastic tubs at hardware stores that are supposed to soak up any odor around.
Again, sorry to hear about your snake. I wish it had turned out better for you both.

Beg, borrow, or steal a repair manual and start dissassembling the a/c ducting. That's the only way to really get rid of the odor. You may cover it up now, but later on, it will surely come back again and again and again.

take it to your dealer, they will do it for you (might cost several hours of work) They will get the snake out, and they should have some spray for the vents. If they don't, I wouldn't bother with fabreese, use lysol spray (and a lot of it) it will take a while of riding around with the windows down to get the lysol smell out.

Don't know the answer, but when I was a young'un, I mushed more than one can of sardines throught the vents at the bottom of the windshield on a couple of folk's cars that I didn't have much love for. Rotting fish never goes away, I learned.

I remember growing up in Pa. that when it was cold and living on a farm. We had lots of cats and a few times one of them would crawl up into where the radiator fan is. When the car started....poor *****cat...
