CD or DVD service manual?

Can anyone tell me the best way to go in buying a service manual for my 1997 F-150? Both are on ebay for $25 to $50. I have access to a DVD rom drive, but just want the info for my pickup.

I bought one on E-bay

I think I paid $20 for it. Mine has all the 2000 model year trucks on it. It seems to be a good investment to me.

I got mine on EBay, It is a two CD set 2001 Car and 2001 Trucks. pretty much every model Ford made last year. I paid $25.00
