Talking Oh **** Someone Stop Me!

I've been eh.. hovering around some new trucks lately *cough*SuperDuty 4x4*cough* And man that would look nice in my parking lot. The problem is that the space is even small for an Escort?

"Resistance is futile, you will be asimulated" It's telling me. Damn these stupid Ford trucks! Why couldn't they be built like Dodge or even worse GM, that way I'd never think about owning another truck

Oh well, playing tug of war with Financial stability vs. Cool truck LMAO

....This spring will be bad for me, I get spring fever real bad...

Thanks for letting me rant.
Steve

Ephy, Ephy, Ephy.
You know how hard these Trucks are to resist.
Try to pay off as many bills as possible between now and spring time, then if the urge overtakes you, it won't put you back in the poor house.
Chicks dig Trucks, but not broke guys with huge Truck payments.

Hey Eph. - I was down at the Ford store yesterday - getting an estimate on a new fl820s filter. The robbers wanted $11.00 and change !!! - I know that if I lived in th USA I could get one at W'mart for abt $3.00 !!
After I told the guy where to stuff his filter I took a stroll thru the yard (at ONE time I thought I'd trade my '98 4.6 for a V10, or a thrasher) - GULP - Sticker on 2002 thrasher $52,000 plus - I know - sticker !! - If I was a YANK the same thing would be about $32,000 (US $ at our present exchange rate)
Anyone know the current sticker of the same truck south of the border?

ENGAGE (Capt. Picard wav.)

hey eph:
when i think of all the cash i would have saved if i would'nt have bought so many vehicles in the last 5 years or so it's scary, then i go look at another. for me i'm torn between a house that will cost a furtune over time but hopefully appreciate in value or a new truck soon. so far truck is winning again
do it man, do it. only if possible of course. are you still driving long distances to work? keeping the car for commuting?
