Anyone have bikes?
hughie let us know if you get that t-bird. those are some nice looking bikes. read some good reports on it as well as talking to a few owners who loved them. would be nice to have a few more trumpet owners here.
i've ridden or owned almost type of bike made, but i love my triumph sprint. unbelievably smooth and quite powerful for the type of bike it is. it's not meant to keep up with r1's and gixers although i ride with a few guys who own those and they haven't left me in the dust yet.

Looks like I'm the only one from NJ,USA here. I'll ask anyway. I know I'll need state tags for a Dirt/Street bike, but will I need to get a state inspection ???? If I need tags, inspection and insurance I might go straight Dirt Bike with a trailer. Both have their advantages.
a1snag - I've converted 3 dirt bikes into street legal bikes here in CA. The lights had to be inspected by a state licensed lighting inspection station (my local repair shop) but the state bureaucrats did not inspect the bikes.
Each state is different, but here is a link to a company that makes a 50 state street legal kit for dirt bikes. They could probably give you the skinny on NJ requirements.
