Hi i am posting for a friend who wants to buy a 1972 Chevy Malibu i wanna know if any of you have owned one before and if it is a nice car i know it is a chevy but its not for me also. do any of you know some chevy fan pages thanks sorry about the CHEVY question................

 

A few years back, my buddy's dad bought a '67 for his mid-life crisis. Sweet car. Rode like a dream. I don't imagine the 72's had a much different engine/tranny set up.

I knew a bunch of guys with 82-84 malibu's when we were in high school in the late 80's. They were solid, but ugly.

The 69-72's were the best looking and hotest cars around. They were much better than the GTO's, 442's and Grand Sports. Saw one for sale a couple years ago when I was heading to catch a plane. Bride suggested we go for it when we return only to find it gone! Would've loved to buy THAT car. ennis
