I was siting at a stop sign when a 17 year old kid forgut how to turn a corner and tried to rip my bummper off. I just said THANK YOU!

Sorry to hear about that man. At lest it was only your bummper, could've been worse. If you are looking into getting a custom aftermarket bummper, you might try the RanchHand rear bummper those look pretty cool.

 

well it's more than the bumper he clip the bend right behind the bumper if youlook close in the pic you can see the dent and scrapes. Were can I find some pics of a ranchhand bumper?

Nope I think that is to much for my f150 If I had a 350 sure.

 

A while back I was at a Target, going back home out of the parking lot, some older woman from out of state hit me, when she decided to try and catch her daughters car, and she cut through the striped aisles of the parking lot, catching the passenger side rear corner, bending the bumper. Ended up gettin the whole side of the truck repainted because of it, about $1,000 in damage.....Plus I got a spare F150 emblem out of the deal, as they take them off to paint, and won't stick the old ones back on. I wish that I could have gotten the old bumper to, but her insurance company wanted it as proof....She was from Chicago......Uhhhhh Some people shouldn't be allowed to drive.
(P.S. Must be something about the gold trucks that people like to hit.....Mine is the Harvest Gold as well....)

That sucks now if it was me that teenage punk would have been going to the hospitol or the grave yard after I gave him a good beating after doing that to my truck glad to see you were able to keep your cool from what I can tell.

 

I do wonder sometimes how people get by. It is like driving is an after thought when they are behind the wheel.
