Dan:

I like the older, more traditional country not the 'top 20' stuff that's played today. OK,OK, I like blue-grass.

Btw, if you guys like rock-a-billy or country rock-n-roll you have got to hear Delbert McClinton's current CD--'Nothing Personal'. This is some truck-drivin' music. You've just got to hear 'When Rita's Gone'--what she does to 'his' '64 sky-blue Mustang convertible is beyond 'cruel'!

Blue Grass !!!!!!!!!!!!!Oh my

When I lived in Hotlanta my boss loved blue grass had to put up with it for a year. Guess it aint that bad if you have your drink on. Country is ok sometimes when I am trying to calm down, but Rock old, new, techno, hevy metal, alternitive is the first choice

Can't say that I like it...

I'm a big funk rock fan. I LOVE the older Chili Peppers stuff; I play funk bass (thus, my nickname Flea). That stuff gets me pumped when I drive.

I DON'T LISTEN TO COUNTRY. Nothing against it, but I was tortured (I mean overexposed) to it as a child.

I will listen to Willie Nelson or Patsy Cline and thats it. Thats even pushing it.

Now is it me or are:
Female country artist getting hotter as new ones come out?
Shania Twain - a country artist from Canada just wierd?
Aren't all country only allowed to be from the south?

Guess I'm like everyone else. I will listen to almost anything. I guess in a way I'm kinda wierd. Sometimes it's contry other times I will listen to rap. When it comes down to it and I have to pick or make a choise country would rule everytime. Some of the new stuff is just to modern. Sometimes you have to sit back, relax and play an old country classic. It should be a requirement.

Cool

Country music?

Never have, probably never will. I'm stuck in the "classic rock" time warp.

thats funny, I just started listening to country music a while ago. Actually started because I was housesitting, wanted to watch some music videos, of course MTV was showing nothing but real world and other crap, so i started watching some GAC and CMT. I was liek "holy crap this stuff aint bad!" now I listen to it all the time .
